BLOC was created to build Black political power independent of the current two-party political apparatus. To do this, we are developing a massive Black base that identifies BLOC as the vehicle for collective political expression. BLOC aims to educate the Black electorate and the broader Black community on issues impacting their lives.  Our focus is to educate, empower, activate and turn out Black people to realize their political power.  We are building our foundation in the community and we seek to serve as the home of Black political thought and ideology.
